We are working with a client company to help recruit and build a sales team, beginning with the Director of the Sales team. This high energy, fast paced and growing 20 (twenty) year old company is very well established in providing educational platforms for hospital nursing staffs and are in the process of rolling out a new service/product line to their hospital client base as well as to market to new clients. This new product line further develops the talent management and career development of all employees in a healthcare provider environment.

The primary role of the Sales Director is to develop and lead a sales team focused on calling on the human resource leadership of a hospital, introducing this new service/product line and establishing new market share for this service/product. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales. In particular if you have current or recent sales experience employed by one of the following companies:  SuccessFactors or Taleo or Halogen or Healthcare Source or Cornerstone or Authoria or similar talent management product and consulting companies we would like to speak with you! Other requirements include:

  • 5 to 7 years of sales and sales management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • selling software, employee assessments, surveys or talent solutions
  • to Human Resource leadership of healthcare provider organizations
  • extensive experience selling to the C suite and or Human Resource leadership of a hospital or other healthcare provider organizations
  • experience developing and managing cross functional teams including sales, sales support, marketing and product management
  • a high level of professional communication and presentation skills
  • a high level of energy, disciplined effort, integrity and professionalism
