The Bradley Group, LLC is a privately held Executive Search firm located in Franklin, Tennessee.

Our national full-service search and executive placement efforts are focused on Manager, Director, CFO, CNO and other "C" level and Executive positions in Business Office, Financial Management, Executive Operations and Senior Leadership responsibilities of the healthcare industry. We address employment needs for permanent and interim positions as well as the occasional need for temporary assistance. Most often our clients  are hospitals, physician practices, large clinics, ambulatory and psychiatric care organizations, healthcare consulting and healthcare services companies.

The Bradley Group is led by partners Brad Arnold and Douglas Pittman, who bring to the company a combined experience of more than 50 years in Human Resources Recruiting and Healthcare Financial Management.
