Our Team: Brad Arnold
Brad Arnold, CPC, has twenty-seven years of experience in management and leadership in key location and corporate environments. He's also served as a consultant to service industries in the areas of Human Resources, Employee and Organizational Development, Employee Retention, Performance Management, Employee Recruiting and the design and implementation of effective interview and selection processes and supportive I/T systems.
Brad's philosophy is simple: Serve people by helping them to accurately and realistically define their goals and then achieve them. Everything else follows in its proper order.
A 1976 graduate of Lipscomb University with a BS Degree in Business Management, Brad has achieved designation as a Certified Personnel Consultant, CPC, and his Executive Search firm The Bradley Group is consistently listed as one of the top twenty search firms in Nashville, TN. Brad and his wife Lynne have two married daughters and live in Franklin, Tennessee.
