Our Services: For Our Candidates
Whether you have come to a firm decision to make a move or you just want to know what other opportunities are available in your field, we should probably talk, or at least introduce ourselves.
For those of you who have never worked with an executive search firm before here are some tips and information:
- You do not pay a fee for The Bradley Group to work with you. We are an Executive Search firm, not an employment agency. The client companies requesting our services to identify and recruit the most qualified individual(s) for their company pay our fees.
- Your career interests are discussed confidentially.
- We will communicate in a professional and forthright manner with you about your past performance and useful experience, your skills, your openness to new opportunities, geographical preferences and willingness to relocate, current and expected compensation levels, and time frames in which you are considering making a move.
- You will need to send us your resume. E-mail is most preferred however if need be you can fax or mail it to us.
- We will provide you with constructive comment regarding your resume if needed.
- We will not "spam" or "broadcast" your resume out to various and numerous job boards openly available to the public.
- You remain in control of where we present your resume.
- We will discuss in detail at the appropriate time the specific opportunities that are consistent with your skills and are a good fit and career direction for you. If we mutually agree, then and only then do we move forward to present you as a candidate.
- Many of the individuals we work with are not actively in a search or interviewing, in fact it may have been a while since you were in an interview or job search. In that respect we will help you prepare for the interview beforehand and continue to assist you throughout the entire interview and selection process.
- Please take note that we are selective of the candidates we present to our clients. Nonetheless, we are always willing to have an initial conversation to determine if it serves our mutual interests to work together.
Our commitment to you as a candidate is the same we make to our clients. Through our work and by our actions we will demonstrate our diligence, experience, integrity, and perspective and hopefully achieve desired results!
